One of the most versatile and unique areas of The Thinking Shed platform is our Feedback area, in which respondents can annotate on communications responses such as website stills, TV adverts and a number of offline materials such as billboard ads, leaflets and booklets.
So how does it work? Well for respondents to annotate and leave their feedback they simply select one of our 3 sentiment boxes, green for positive, red for negative, or yellow for neutral and highlight their chosen area and then leave their reason and comments to explain their choice.
The resulting heat maps really enable you to deconstruct communications and determine the elements that motivate and those which detract from the message. They are visually very powerful and are great to drop into any presentations to clients.
